From US 70 turn North on 27 from Richmond, Indiana, East on 36.
East on 36 to the second road past 227,county road S 850 E, turn North.
On the southeast corner of county road E 600 S you will find the Bethel Long Wesleyan Church, turn east on that corner.
255 Stingley Road
You will cross a road that is gravel (if you follow this road north you will find the Clemens Cemetery on the west side of the road) and the very next building on your right is the Union Literary Institute.
Continue heading east, crossing the Indiana/Ohio border at the S-curve, past Hollandsburg-Tampico Road (if you follow this road to the south you will find the Bass Cemetery on the east side of Hollandsburg-Tampico Road). The Clemens Farmstead is on your right (south) just before you get to Smith Road.
